Commission for a Cause is a brand new program designed to help home buyers, sellers and The DiSpirito Team give back to the community by donating 6% of your Realtor's commission to the registered charity of your choice! If your selling or buying a home... why not hire top producing agents to help you and your favorite cause?! This program is exclusive to The DiSpirito Team with Prudential Gammons Realty.
Where to begin? Home sellers and buyers can call/text 401-359-2338 and mention "Commission for a Cause" to get started! A Licensed Rhode Island Realtor with The DiSpirito Team will provide you with a consultation to understand your goals and expectations with selling current home and/or buying your dream home. Once we have completed a transaction representing you, we will donate 6% of our commission to any registered charity of your choice.
I don't have a home to sell or buy and still want to help! What can I do? Refer us to a friend or family member who may need assistance in their real estate transaction(s) and we will donate half of the 6% in your name to the registered charity of your choice!
